Tomorrow marks World Diabetes Day and more than 44,000 Lions Clubs worldwide are organising a variety of projects aimed at raising awareness and promoting healthy lifestyles.

There are 340,000 individuals with diabetes in Ireland and approximately 80% have Type-2 Diabetes.
