Concern is being expressed that a lack of signage on the M18 motorway means Clare’s Wild Atlantic Way prospects are being damaged.
Doonbeg Fianna Fáil General Election Candidate Rita McInerney is calling for a review of all road and tourist signage in the county.

She feels tourism businesses in the county are being passed by once people land in Shannon Airport and head for the likes of Galway, aside from a quick stop at the Cliffs of Moher.
Ms McInerney says it’s vital that a review of the signage takes place now, so that Clare can benefit from the 2019 tourist season.
