A Clare musician reunited with her stolen instrument says she can now finally focus on grieving the loss of her brother.
Corofin native Siobhán Hogan issued a public plea last month after her uilleann pipes were taken from the boot of her car over Easter Weekend, coinciding with the death of her brother Michael at University Hospital Limerick.

After extensive outreach on social media and radio, including on Clare FM, the instrument is now back in her possession, having been handed into the security office of the Dooradoyle facility.
Siobhán says in an extraordinarily difficult time, having her beloved instrument back offers some comfort.
