Clare patients have less access to GPs than our neighbouring counties.

New figures show there's 47 GPs per 100,000 population in the county, compared to 68 in Galway and 61 in Limerick.
The Irish Medical Council has highlighted the imbalance in it's most recent workforce survey, which found that patients in Letrim have the least choice.
The doctors' regulatory body says there's now a record high of over 20,000 registered in the country, but that a serious shortage of consultants remains.
