House prices in Clare have fallen by almost €10,000 in the last year.
The findings of a new report show the average price of a home here now stands at €285,000.
The latest MyHome Property Price Report reveals the median asking price for a dwelling in Clare has dropped by 3.4% to €285,000 in the last 12 months.
The average price looked for by sellers for a three-bed semi-detached home is also €285,000, while for four-bed semi-detached properties, this rises to €295,000.
A typical two-bed apartment in the county is going for €180,000 which indicates a 9% jump from the same period of 2025.
At the end of March, there were 245 homes for sale in Clare which was down 9% on the previous quarter.
The average time for a property to go sale agreed after being listed here now stands at just under three and a half months.
