A Clare Government TD claims the Health Minister is visiting this county next week to allow her to experience the reality of healthcare access in rural areas.
Jennifer Carroll MacNeill is set to make the trip to Clare on Monday where she’ll meet with the management of Ennis Hospital as well as groups like the Friends of Ennis Hospital.

It’s understood discussions will include hospital capacity and ambulance services.
Bodyke Fine Gael Deputy Joe Cooney has been telling Clare FM’s Seán Lyons “distance and access” to emergency care in west and north Clare will be prominent topics of conversation.
