Clare FM has been nominated for a prestigous Oireachtas media award for Irish Language Programming.
Dúchas is Dóchas, produced by Clare FM’s Padraic Flaherty and presented by Ennis native Diarmuid De Faoite showcased a collection of newly discovered songs performed As Gaelige by contemporary and traditional singers in the county, while the origins of the songs are narrated.

The show, which received the the nod in the Commercial radio category, was broadcast on Clare FM during March to celebrate Seachtain na gaeilge.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony during the Oireachtas na Samhna festival in the INEC, Killarney, Co. Kerry on Wednesday, November 1st.
