Members of the Burren Sub Squa Club have enjoyed what’s been described as the ‘dive of a lifetime’ after an up-close-and-personal experience with Dusty the Dolphin.
The small group of divers took to the waters off Freagh Point near Miltown Malbay on Saturday, only to find themselves joined by the dolphin for the best part of an hour.
Remakrable video footage of the event, shot in clear waters on a bright day, has been shared widely on social media.
One of the divers, John Underhill of Burren Vets, has described the experience as “incredible.”
