The ISPCA have rescued 9 dogs who were being kept in extremely poor conditions in a house in Limerick.

They say 6 dogs were being kept in a crate beside the radiator in the living room of the house – while a further 3 puppies were found upstairs.
After discussion with the owners the dogs were surrendered to the ISPCA.
They're now undergoing treatment and rehabilitation and the organisation say they'll be appealing for new homes for the dogs when they have fully recovered.
