There are 102 points in Clare where recurring flooding situations lead to issues on our roads.
Figures revealed by Clare County Council also show that in more than 60 cases private land is affected, while 15 flood points pose a risk to buildings.

Maghera Fianna Fáil Councillor Pat Hayes believes neglecting to clean and dredge our rivers has led to this situation.
