On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Dena McGrath who is the Healthy County Coordinator with Clare County Council. Dena discussed the Healthy Clare Calendar which has recently been launched in partnership with Clare Sports Partnership, Clare County Council and Clare Libraries. She spoke about the aim of the calendar which is to highlight the variety of health and wellness events that will take place in the banner county throughout the year. She expressed her goal for the calendar which is to assist the people of the county in becoming more healthy and active in 2023.
