There are now more than 8,000 people claiming the Pandemic Unemployment Payment in Clare – the highest number since July.
8,261 people in this county received the payment this morning – an increase of more than 1,100 on last week.
It is still far short of the high of 14,600 that were on the PUP in Clare at its peak back in May.
