COVID-19 Growth Strongest In Ennis and Shannon Electoral Areas

The Ennis and Shannon Electoral areas have seen the biggest increases of COVID-19 cases in Clare this month.

Newly-available localised data has shown that the Ennis electoral area, which also includes a number of villages around the county town, had 16 confirmed cases of the virus in the first two weeks of September.

That’s slightly less than the national rate of growth for the virus, but still the highest rate of growth of the disease in Clare.
