Síle Callinan Memorial Tournament Returns For Third Year

The Síle Callinan Memorial Tournament is returning to Cooraclare this weekend for the third year running.

The seven-a-side ladies football tournament is being held in memory of Cree woman Síle, who died in 2017 at the age of 26 after a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis.

The two previous editions have raised tens of thousands of euro for CF support services for the people of Clare and this year has GAA pundit Joe Brolly on board as guest of honour.
