Two Clare clubs are preparing to enter into action in the Munster Intermediate Championships.
In hurling, Feakle have travelled to Dungarvan to take on Clonea, the Waterford Champions.
The East Clare outfit secured the county title by virtue of their victory over Tubber in the county final, but Val Donnellan will be without Ger Hanrahan and Con Smith this afternoon.
Feakle were last in Munster Championship action four years ago, when they were beaten by Cappoquin in that year’s semi-final.
