JJ Hanrahan kicked the two penalties for Johan van Grann’s men but they suffered three injury setbacks as Peter O’Mahony pulled out before kick-off and both Tadhg Beirne & John Ryan were replaced early on.
The result leaves Munster in second place on 11 points after four games, one ahead of the Sarries and six behind leaders Racing 92.
