The former Open Champion carded an five under par third round of 65, leaving him on -16 overall.

Jacob Skov Olesen is his closest competitor, the Dane sits on -12 after a round of 66.
The pair will form part of the final group out on course tomorrow.
Elsewhere, defending champion Rory McIlroy had a round to forget.
The Masters champion is now +2 for the tournament after a four-over par round of 74.
Meanwhile, fellow Irishman Tom McKibbin sits well in contention, starting from -7 tomorrow afternoon.
