Clare senior hurling boss Brian Lohan has praised his side for seizing the intiative in yesterdays Munster Senior Hurling League victory against Waterford.
The banner overturned a six point deficit early in the second half to run out winners on a score line of 1-24 to 2-19.

Yesterday’s victory also saw senior intercounty debuts handed out to Kilmaley’s Gearoid O’Grady, Parteen-Meelick’s Jack Kirwan and Kilanena’s Keith Smyth.
Despite the margin of victory not being enough to send Clare through to the final, manager Brian Lohan says he was impressed with the character displayed by his squad.
