Clare football manager Michael Mc Dermot has called on his side to be more ruthless as their bid for promotion from division four of the national league begins this Sunday against Leitrim.
Clare won 6 of their opening league games last year before suffering defeats to Limerick and Waterford which scuppered their chances of promotion.
The former county championship winning manager feels his side have to avoid making the same mistakes this year:
