53 young Clare athletes will be competing in the Community Games Regional Athletic Finals this weekend.
The contingent is made up of 28 girls and 25 boys who placed either second or third in the county finals in June.

Taking place at the TUS Clonmel campus on Saturday, Clare athletes representing 17 different regions across the county will compete in events ranging from 60m to 1500m.
They’ll have the opportunity to qualify for the National Finals which take place in Carlow at the end of the month.
