A candle-lit vigil is taking place in Ennis this evening in solidarity with the people of Palestine, with funds raised going to Neart Nūr, a Clare-founded organisation providing trauma-informed play therapy and psychosocial support to Palestinian medical evacuees and their families.
The vigil will feature local music and poetry, with the organisers saying it is an opportunity to remember those affected and keep Palestine in the public consciousness.
