On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Theresa O’ Donohue who is a climate activist, scientist and author. Theresa invited people on behalf of Lisdoonvarna Sustainable Energy Community to a Stone Building Clinic that is set to take place in the Pavilion on Wednesday 31st May. She described the work of Lisdoonvarna SEC who are interested in lowering carbon emissions, retrofitting houses and buildings along with generating electricity in the community. She also outlined the reason behind using stone buildings and as how we can work on them. Theresa invited all home owners, constructors and retrofitters to attend the clinic.
