Climate change is once again dominating headlines, with the government’s watchdog issuing a new report on the matter.
That report contained one recommendation that has sent ripples across the farming community – the cut the number of suckler cows in Ireland by up to 50% in the next ten years, to meet our greenhouse gas emission goals.
