The Burrenbeo Trust has announced that the second annual Burren Archaeology Festival is taking place on June 20th and 21st 2026 in Ballyvaughan.
The two-day event will celebrate the rich archaeological heritage of the Burren through expert talks, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities for all ages, including workshops, interactive displays, and family-friendly excavation experiences designed to bring the region’s ancient history to life.
