Teresa (Tess) McMahon (Nee) Lynch
Kilcorcoran, Miltown Malbay and formerly of Cahermore, Kilmaley, Co. Clare 15th June 2026,
Peacefully at home in her 103rd year, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Joe Tone, grandson Martin Flanagan, son-in-law Johnny O’ Connell, parents , brothers and sisters.
Deeply regretted by her heart broken family, daughters Marie (O’Connell) Peg (Flanagan) grandchildren John, Bridget and Dympna, their spouses Evelyn and Gary, great-granddaughters Chloe, Aimee and Erin, nieces, nephews, relatives, exceptional neighbours and very many friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing in St. Joseph’s Church, Miltown Malbay (V95 WR98)on Wednesday 17th June from 6pm to 8pm, followed by prayers. Funeral mass on Thursday 18th June at 11am with burial afterwards in Ballard Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations if desired to Ballard Cemetery upkeep. Tess’s family wish to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors and staff at the medical centre, Miltown Malbay, to the West Clare pharmacy, the district nurses who called regularly Margaret, Mary and Breeda. Her carers Omo, Eilish, Geraldine, Audrey and Caroline who looked after her very well. Dr Timolin and all the staff at the MAU in Ennis General Hospital, nurse Carmel Walsh, Fr Donagh O’Mara, Dr Dympna, Dr Billy and exceptional neighbours and friends.
