Joe passed away peacefully at University Hospital Limerick on the 26th of October 2026.
Predeceased by his sisters Mary (Stack) and Peggy.
He is sadly missed by; his wife of 67 years, Brigid; his sons and daughters and their spouses/partners, Stephen (Breda), Davy (Caroline), Mary (Tony), Joe (Adrienne), Eamon (Rosemary), Helen (Seamus), and Seamus (Deirdre); his grandchildren, Michelle, Marie, John, Kelly, Michael, Luke, David, Darren, Eoin, Hollie, Megan, Zoie and Eden; his great grandchild, Emily; his nieces and nephews, Cora, Marie, Margaret, Billy and Stephen (Stack); his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law; his neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Madigan’s Funeral Home, Shanagolden (V94W8DY) on Wednesday the 28th of October from 5-7pm with removal to the Church of the Visitation, Ballyhahill (V94HN36).
Funeral Mass on Thursday the 29th of October at 12noon in the Church of the Visitation, Ballyhahill (V94 HN36) and can be viewed online here https://www.youtube.com/live/MGfymeVbiSs followed by burial afterwards in Kilfergus Cemetery, Glin.
