Tobarteascáin, Ennis, Co. Clare and formerly of Crovraghan, Kildysart, Co. Clare.
Joan passed away peacefully at home in her 102nd year, on the 13th September 2026.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael (MP) and her son Gerard.
Sadly missed by her loving daughters Mary and Fionnuala and sons Anthony and Maurice, Fionnuala’s partner John, daughters-in-law Lucia and Deirdre, grandchildren Orla, Michael, Bláthnaid, Muireann, Aoife, Oisín and Fian, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at her residence (V95 NYX8) on Wednesday 16th September from 5 pm until 8 pm. Arriving at Ennis Cathedral on Thursday 17th September for Funeral Mass at 11 am. Burial afterwards in Drumcliffe Cemetery.
