Separate Garda investigations are underway following two assaults in Ennis last weekend.
The incidents happened in the town centre in the early hours of Saturday morning.

At around 2am on Saturday morning, a man in his twenties was assaulted by another man on Abbey Street.
A short time later, just before 2.30am on the same night, another man in his twenties was assaulted in the Abbey Street car park.
Emergency services were alerted and both of the injuries parties received treatment at the scene for minor injuries.
Gardaí say they don’t believe at this stage that the incidents were linked.
