A West Clare man says he and his wife are being left with nowhere to turn as they face into serious health challenges without support.
78-Year Old Tony, who’s acting as a full-time carer for his wife, who is due to undergo spinal decompression surgery, claims he’s been unable to access public homecare support and cannot afford private services.

Clare continues to have the longest waiting lists for home care per head of population nationwide.
