A U.S. federal court has refused to block President Trump’s revised travel ban.
The court in Seattle’s heard an application from States who want the order suspended.
But Judge James Robart – who suspended the first travel ban – refused to rule on the latest application.
He’s looking for more documentation before he makes a decision.
Meanwhile, a judge in Wisconsin has ruled that a Syrian woman and her 3 year old daughter should be allowed into the US, in spite of the travel ban.
The woman’s husband, who’s already been granted asylum – was applying for his family to join him in the US.
