Nurses and the HSE are to return to talks this morning.
It comes ahead of a work to rule due to take place on Tuesday by 30,000 nurses.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says at this stage the action will go ahead – but its executive will meet to discuss progress on Saturday.
The long running dispute is over staff recruitment and retention.
