A motorist has been arrested in Quin for multiple road traffic offences.
During national slow down day, Gardaí detected a Volkswagen Saloon travelling at 69km/h in a 50km/h zone in the village.
The driver then underwent a roadside drug test which tested positive for cocaine.

The motorist will receive three points and a €160 fine.
