The regional development agency has held talks with a number of potential international investors on the future of a 120-acre landbank near Bunratty Castle, which it’s hoped will become home to a major visitor attraction
Shannon Development had set a deadline of the end of March for expressions of interest to be made, but have now extended this by two months.
However, Chief Executive Dr. Vincent Cunnane insists this is a positive development.
