72,000 passengers are expected to travel through Shannon Airport over the Christmas period.
That would see 5 percent more passengers arriving and departing from the airport compared to the same time last year.

The airport says it’s in line with overall gains in 2018 – the best since it was separated from the State airport’s group five years ago.
