Shannon Airport is advising anyone travelling to the Clare base on Sunday to allocate extra time to their journeys.
A protest is due to be held on the N19 approach road from 2pm that afternoon.

Diversions may be in place on approach to the airport and motorists should be aware of the possibility for delays.
At present Shannon Airport has confirmed that all flights are scheduled to operate as normal
