An interim report by Ethiopian aviation authorities is blaming Boeing design problems for the fatal crash of a 737 Max plane last year.
Lahinch engineer Micheál Ryan was among 157 people who died in the accident.

A second crash in Indonesia in October claimed another 189 passengers and crew.
The Ethiopian details were leaked only hours after a US congressional report said Boeing hid problems with the aircraft.
