People are urged to be wary of misinformation around weight loss drugs such as ozempic ahead of a workshop on obesity in North Clare next month.
The Falls Hotel in Ennistymon will host the ‘Beyond the Scales’ workshop beginning on Friday October 23rd and running through the weekend.

The event will offer attendees a clearer, evidence-based understanding of obesity and how to manage their weight.
Workshop facilitator Dr Brendan O’Shea says advice will be offered on how best for people to make weight loss medication work for them.
