An operation to try and locate a missing yacht will get underway off the south west coast today.
The vessel, with two people on board left Bermuda last month and was expected to arrive in Crookhaven, County Cork last week – however there’s been no contact from the crew.
It’s believed the owner of the yacht is from New Zealand.
A navy patrol vessel and Air Corps fixed wing aircraft will be involved in trying to locate the yacht.
