The new owners of the Hydro Hotel claim momentum is building in efforts to breathe new life into Lisdoonvarna.
John Burke and Gerry Quinn, the team behind The Fiddle + Bow Collection has acquired the iconic 110-bedroom property, which originally opened as the Queens Hotel in 1875.

The hotel built a strong reputation under the stewardship of Marcus Whyte and the Whyte family, and the group has acknowledged its appreciation for what it describes as a smooth and collaborative transition.
Managing Director of the Fiddle + Bow Collection, John Burke, says Lisdoonvarna has been on the back foot for a number of years, but now is the time to give back to the town.
