Fresh Garda Appeal After Petrol Bomb Thrown At Newmarket On Fergus Home

Gardaí are making a fresh appeal for information after a petrol bomb was thrown at a house in Newmarket On Fergus.

A homemade petrol bomb was thrown at the front window of the home in the Kilnasoolagh area of the village around 11.30pm last Wednesday night.

It resulted in extensive damage to the house.

Sergeant Edel Burke from Clare’s Crime Prevention Office says no injuries were reported, but there were occupants in the house at the time.

“We are asking your listeners if they witnessed anyone in the area acting unusual?
