Family Of 99-Year-Old Clare Man Still Awaiting Vaccine Call For Clarity

The family of a 99-year-old Clare man who hasn’t yet received his covid-19 vaccine fear he may have been forgotten about.

Joe Kenneally from Kilshanny, who turns 100 in just three months time, is housebound and has yet to receive his first dose or a confirmation of an appointment to receive a the jab.

The National Ambulance Service has been tasked with delivering and administering the innoculation to those who are housebound and the HSE has this week said that there are over 1,000 such patients yet to be vaccinated.
