It will cost retailers about 5,000 euro each to reopen their doors next week.
Ennis-based lobby group Retail Excellence says about 1,500 outlets will open across the country on Monday, under the first phase of the plan to ease restrictions.

They include garden centres, hardwares, farmers markets and phone shops.
