An Ennis Auctioneer believes that increasing rent prices in Clare will level out in the near future.
A new report from property website Daft.ie suggests average rental prices in this county are now €1,087, which means monthly costs for tenants are now more than double what they were at their lowest point.

A three-bed semi detached house is now around 30% higher than the price of a mortgage for a similar property.
Speaking with myself, Diarmuid McMahon of Sherry Fitzgerald McMahon in Ennis insists it will come to the point where it will be impossible for rent prices to increase any further.
