CRC Board Face Further Hearings

The head of the Public Accounts Committee says he’ll write to former CRC board members, asking them to new hearings.

John McGuinness says there are unanswered questions relating to transparency and operations at the Central Remedial Clinic.

It emerged last week that former Chief Executive Paul Kiely was paid 742 thousand euro from charity funds when he stepped down in 2012.

Previous details of top up payments to executives are also expected to be revisited if board members return to the committee.
