Clare County Council is seeking a contractor to deal with hazardous waste at civic amenity sites across the county.
The local authority has published details of the four-year contract which is valued at €400,000.
The Council is requesting tenders for the collection, treatment and disposal of hazardous waste from civic amenity sites such as recycling centres and bottle banks.
It’s stated that the successful contractor would be carrying out radioactive, toxic, medical and hazardous waste services.
The contract is valued at €400,000 and would be four years in duration.
Tenders must be submitted by March 2nd and must remain valid for six months.
The contract is due to be awarded on March 16th.
