There’s an attempt to compile a “comprehensive dataset” of oral heritage in Clare.
Along with Mac Conmara Heritage with support from the Heritage Council, Clare County Council’s Heritage Office is launching its first-ever countywide audit of oral heritage collections.

The aim is to identify and document recordings capturing the voices and memories of this county’s residents through the years.
