Clare’s teenagers have been given a boost with the announcement of funding for three youth cafe’s in the county.
The Fishbowl Youth Café in Cappaduff, Mountshannon will receive 4,000 euro.

In Ennis, the Youth Space /Kick Back Café on Carmody St will receive 3,000 as will the Shannon Leisure Centre in Tullyglass.
The funding is being provided from the Dormant Accounts scheme. and will be used to support small-scale developments and refurbishment works at the three facilities.
Commenting on the announcement, Clare TD and Defence Minister Tony Kileen identified youth cafe’s as a key need for young people in the county and beyond.
