The Fifty Shades Greener initiative challenges businesses to completely abolish individually wrapped condiments, sauces, sugar and other similar items that are so prominent in the food service industry.

Raquel Noboa is the brains behind the operation and is providing free training resources to business owners to help them reduce their unnecessary waste.
