A Clare TD insists the Occupied Territories Bill will be fast-tracked and passed by this government.
It comes just days after Cabinet members were accused of facilitating the onslaught in Gaza, at the opening of the Brian Boru Bridge.
On Thursday, Minister Darragh O’Brien faced a number of heckles from crowds, including that he’s “allowing planes to pass through Shannon Airport with weaponry to kill Palestinians”.
The claims were made by Sinead Jackson from the Nenagh Friends of Palestine Group, who’s also condemned the Government’s level of action against the Israeli onslaught on Gaza.

A Clare Government TD, meanwhile, insists the Occupied Territories Bill will be fast-tracked and is being brought before Cabinet tomorrow.
The new draft is expected to prohibit the trade of goods, with all illegally occupied territories, including Israeli settlements such as Gaza, the West Bank and Syria’s Golan Heights.
It differs from the original version in that its not expected to prohibit or criminalise the trade of services.
Meelick Fianna Fáil Deputy Cathal Crowe says the bill hasn’t been watered down and that more support is needed internationally to bring about a peaceful solution to the conflict.
