Bags of Christmas donations that were taken from the door of the Ennis branch of Saint Vincent de Paul’s shop have been returned thanks to an online appeal.
A car was seen on CCTV stopping at their Parnell Street premises shortly after 7pm on Sunday evening, and two people took the black bags left at the door.

SVP issued an appeal on Facebook for their safe return and say the bags have since been brought back in.
